I LOVE my restriction!! I have 5cc in my 10cc band and I'm so thrilled that I can only eat a tiny amount. But lately, every time I eat I instantly get terrible back pain. I went to the doc and my gall bladder, liver, pancreas are all fine. All labs looked great. Could this be a symptom of an over-fill? I only have to eat about 3 bites and I get the instant back pain.
Also, how much do you think I should take out? I don't really want to do more than 1/2 cc!! I'm losing so great!
Has anybody found a chocolate flavored chewableCalcium that actually tastes like chocolate? I can't stand the Viactive (I think it's called) that tastes kinda like a tootsie roll.
Is this a sign that my band is too tight?
