I have 3 bottles of Celebrate multiply Vitamins, 3 bottles Celebrate Calcium plus 500, 2 bottles Celebrate Iron + C (all chewable) & liquid packets of Omega 3. Any fruit flavored chewable tablet does not settle well on my stomach. I will give these to someone if they will pay the postage.

chips r carbs. Pork rinds r Protein but I am guessing they r fried. That's probably the no reason.

Since they r high in sodium do they make u retain fluids. they r 0 carbs 9 Proteins but I assume they r fried. They really satisfy a snack plus make U drink more Water. I had my sleeve in Mexico do I don't hsvr a Nut to ask. Just wondered ig anyone else have eaten them since being sleeved.

Honest question. I know on the Akins diet high Protein low carbs u can eat Pork rinds. Has anyone eaten anyone of those since being sleeved. Tomorrow begins my week 7.

Thanks everyone. You've made me feel better. You r right it's amazing how u can eat more of softer foods like oatmeal or veggies than chicken, fish or steak.

Yesterday completed week 5. Today my food intake has increased. I've been eating between 2-3 oz at a time. Yesterday & today it has increased to 4-5 oz. everything taste good. When I am full I don't have that pain in my chest that I have been having. Just a full feeling. Has anyone else food intake increased that much between 5 & 6 weeks. I don't want to over eat or stretch my stomach. Is this normal.

liquids did not satisfy either. At 10 days I started eating Water downed grits. It was wonderful. Filling & satisfying.

Try some watered down grits. I did at 10 days. It helped me feel more full & satisfied. My friends doctor put her on this at day 8. So I did it at day 10. Made me feel so much better. Eat it very slow & do not over eat. I put some Splenda in it. At day 14 I added a small amount of smashed up banana.< /p>

Sounds like you r not getting in enough Protein. Lack of protein will cause your weight lose to stall

Purchased the Celebrate Vitamins. The Calcium plus is the size of a quarter. 3 r to be taken. I also r taking the multi-Vit & Iron. That's a total of 6 chewable tablets. I know not to take the Calcium seperate. The problem I am having I am 14 days post opt. The Vitamins taste like a sweet tart, not bad but they made me nausea. I even take them seperate. Does any one have a chewable Vit smaller than these or any idea. Maybe as I become more post opt it will get better.

I am day 6 post-opt. So i am not there yet. But My friend is 18 months she experienced no Hair loss. She made sure she got all her Protein in. I ask my doc that question Friday. He said if that begins to happen increase protein.

I just had my sleeve done Tuesday by Dr Rod in Juarez. He does surgery in both places. He is wonderful. Their service is awesome. When I got home in Tennessee I had a question & emailed him & heard back with an answer by evening. You won't be sorry. I'm 5 days 10 lbs plus my pre-opt 10 lbs. making it 20.

Am drinking about 1 1/2oz at a time. Howy minutes do I need to wait before I begin to sip/drink again. Going through that fear of Over drinking & stretching my pouch or causing it to leak.

Today is Thursday & I hady surgery Tuesday. I have been drinking Water, crystal light, chicken broth, eating Jello, popcyles & ice. I feel slightly hungry. Not satisfied. I am not taking in any Protein. Wonders of that eas the problem. My doc said to do Protein Drinks the second week. Jus wondered if anyone did protein drinks the 1st week?
