I had mine set at 1200, but the BB coach re-set it to be at 1950!!! I about DIED! I'm totally NOT eating that much. Lol. I still stick around 1000 - 1200 cals. As long as I reach my 1500 cal deficit I should still lose like 3 pounds a week.

Oy... violent PB... do not eat the Hot Pocket Calzones... I ate 4, maybe 5 bites of one and woo-eeeeee was it ever painful. my whole head hurts. Eh... I didn't need to waste 330 calories on 1/2 of that un-nutritious crap anyway....

Whats C25K?? I feel all lost and stuff... Well I went to the gym and did 65 minutes Elliptical with a crossramp of 5 and resistance of 5-10 (I changed it every 10 minutes). Then I did 15 of various weights - trying to work on my arms a bit so that they aren't all flabby 'n floppy forever!!

Yeah... for some weird reason they jacked the price back up this morning... soooo frustrating! I'm just happy that I got my display watch for $66! Lol. Keep checking it out, they are sure to drop again as the holidays approach!

I swear the Bugg is a MIRACLE worker!! I've basically lost like 10 pounds since I slipped it on my arm 12 days ago!!!!! AAA battery for the Bugg... I go through about 1 every week... so I use the rechargables. (Works well, and saves me lots of money cause my Mp3 player uses AAA too!)

Janine: Go to your appt and talk to the doc or np whoever you see there. THey will help you decide if you need a fill or not based on your loss and your eating experiences. I was unsure last time if I should get a fill and the NP was like 'You don't need one! You lost 14 pounds!' Lol. ANd its true... cause its now been 7 weeks since the last fill and I'm still having what I consider to be perfect restriction, and i'm rarely hungry. Oh yeah, and my scales just weighed me in at 319.2!!!! And just for reference, I started this journey at 382!!! I'm soooo thrilled! Stef: I hope you have a fabulous time in Las Vegas!!
