Well they are in the lining which includes the inside of your stomach. So I will agree to disagree and leave it at that. I am telling you what they said and I believe them.

Post op visit today for my one month. Down 32 pounds. Also was put on the strict rules. 20 grams of protein each meal. 3 meals a day and 1 snack. Meals must be eaten within 30 minutes. No drinking 15 min before meal and 1 hr afterwards. If you get 20 grams of protein and do not drink with meals eat within 30 min your stomach sends a signal to your brain that you are and will stay full for about 4 hours. It's all making sense but still very difficult.

Yes 23 Pds first week went 15 days after that with nothing 16 th day 4 Pds gone 18th day two more!!

Everyone is so different. I have not really heard of two stories the same. I am almost a month out and feel a little better everyday. I had a lot of back pain I'm hospital and my stomach hurt very much. But in two weeks it was a lot better. Pain meds do work and please don't be afraid to take it. That is what it is for!! I find everyday my stomach bothers me a little but it's just getting use to everything. Keep your head up and stay confident you will be just fine!!

That is awesome that it had helped your sugar. I also had terrible headaches almost everyday but since surgery I have had not one headache!!

Yes lots of Lower back pain and not sure why!!
