No but came very close. It was torture on my back. Laying on that hard surface that long with a bad back. It was awful when I woke up.

Oh I meant how long ago but funny u say that. Mine took 5 hours because my liver was so large :-(

You will go weeks without weight loss. 2 days is nothing. I advise you take measurements because you are going to drive yourself crazy if 2 days bother u

I was told get 20 grams of protein 3 meals a day and no snacking. Still get about 800 calories. You are so not eating what u need if your getting under 500 calories aday

You will want to eat. The head hunger is terrible!!! Just control your portions. It's pretty easy with the sleeve to do that.

I also had the ablation two years ago also. O Tom for me either. Ohh until the surgery. It started it and 28 days later I got it again. Very bad ones too!!

Personal opinion only but I have followed 3 people who have had the lap band and more who have had sleeve. Everyone of the bands have failed. One person had to change insurances and they won't pay for fills. All the sleeve people seemed to be doing very well. Good luck in your decision. I am also 5 7 started at 309 and there is no way I could lose what I needed to with the lap band. I debated the bypass for a long time because of my size. Good luck to you and good for you making an informed decision.

I am the same way. Just when I think the scale is moving I gain that pound back. It's so frustrating!!

Binder is a great thing. I had pain like that too. I wanted to die the first 3 weeks cuz it got worse before it got better. Male site you voice your concerns with your dr. Hang in there!!
