  1. At my Box we have to do 20 burpees if we are late. And last week one of the WODs had burpee box jumps as part of the AMRAP. UGH those are definitely NOT my favorites. I'm only a few weeks into Crossfit and "Cindy" about killed me on Monday. Lol but it is addicting.
  2. I still have a ways to go. I was planning on it at 100 down. So another 27 pound or so.
  3. Ummmm BostonGeorge? Daaaaamn. You look great and I think you must feel better too. But really you're confidence has got to be soaring! Great job my friend. P.S. Rarrrrr!
  4. That's awesome chad! So good to hear your progress!
  5. Finally broke my latest stall. Starting weight: 320 Weight day of surgery: 315 Today's weight 248 Loss since surgery: 67 For a total loss of 72. BTW had surgery on 11/20/12.

  7. I'd like to be added too everyone's MFP. My ID is tallysfunny
  8. Starting weight: 320 Day of surgery: 315 Current weight: 259 56 down since surgery on 11/20/12, total down 61.
  9. Usually it does make me feel queasy but here lately I have been craving it and when I do I can get in no more than 16 ounces of it. Then the window of opportunity is closed. Lol.
  10. I'm not shy about admitting I had surgery. In fact when I went to lunch with my fella he ordered something I could have part of and our waitress was totally understanding. In fact when he told her I had surgery she said her mom had the sleeve about a year ago. It was fine. And btw he had my permission to talk about it openly. He's super proud of me so how could I say no? Lol.
  11. Have a wicked bad pinched nerve in my neck and back today. It's bad. Ugh I need to get exercising more.
  12. I too stick with a protein shake for breakfast. All typical breakfast foods make me wanna vomit. So I stick with my tried and true.
  13. Ummmm...let me think....ahhhh yeah. Without a doubt. It's hard, it's crazy and often sucks but I know this "discomfort" I am experiencing will be well worth it.
  14. I made galumpkis last night and the cabbage is going down well surprising enough. I can only eat half at a time but that's ok too. Lol. I also used grated zucchini and crook neck squash instead of rice. Came out better than the old rice version.
  15. Me too. It takes time but I get it done pretty quick. I'm still eating small amounts and get full easy. But I think the quantity is more what I am concerned with.
  16. You might just need to be patient darlin'. Everyone's body has various set points. Yours might have hit one. How long since you last lost a pound or two? Look into lilmissdivas boot camp for your belly. Or just boost your carbs, protein, calories in general and water intake for two days then bump it back down to normal.
  17. Today's weigh in. Holding at 47 lost from DOS on 11/20/12.
  18. I am sitting at 271 today. Hit my initial Christmas goal of 275 but not my ultimate goal of 270. Only 1 pound off. I think I'm gonna make my New Years Day goal be 265. I should hit that no problem but we shall see.
  19. Heeeeeey good lookin! Lol. Great job!
