My surgery date is the 20th also. I am sooo excited. I bought some Protein last night (comparable to the IsoBlast 800) and am hoping to incorporate it into my lifestyle over the next week & a half' date=' before my pre-op diet starts. The stuff I found is 0 fat, 1g carbs and 27g of Protein. Keep me updated on how you're doing :-)[/quote']
