I had been on a stall for 2 1/2 weeks and am only 3 1/2 weeks out of surgery but it broke today YAY!!!! down 21 pounds

My new favorite breakfast - an egg smothered in home made salsa with a smidge of fat free sour cream. rediculously yummy!!!

Surgery was a week ago today! I had a mini break down yesterday but Im right back on track today! 16.8 lbs down this week!
