Oh my God.... I have been feeling so sick from the chewable Bariatric Advantage vitamins! I found a powdered Multivitamin at GNC and I mix it with the Protein Shake, BUT... the Protein Shakes are making me sick too!!

Crystal Light or flavored water goes down much easier than plain Water.< /p>

The fullness hits me abut 5-10 minutes later and then I'm feeling really bad! I wish I know exactly how much I can fit without getting that sick feeling.

I just moved up to mushy food.....I am eating only around 1/4 cup of food for each meal. Still supplementing Protein with shakes. I have been walking everyday for 20-30 min. Still getting very tired and need naps occasionally. I have noticed the scale going up 1-2 lbs. I am freaking....what's going on??

cymbalta: small capsules...I am 2 weeks post and I also took 2 tylenol caplets at once. No prob.

I am on Cybalta capsules. I resumed taking them the day I got home. I had no prob swallowing .

I am 8 days post. I am trying to do my normal activities, but the fatigue hits me unexpectedly. Your body needs rest to recover appropriately. Don't push yourself!

I had pain in my left lower side today. I have been walking for 20 min per day. It really helps! Pain is gone.

Im 8 days post op....this is really hard. I had the lap-band several years ago (it slipped 1 yr ago had to have emergency surgery to get it removed) and it was not this difficult at all. I remember the progression from that surgery and I feel I am ready to progress to food with a little substance, but Im afraid! I won't be able to chew until week 5. Week 3 I get mushy food. I feel that my body needs nutrients. The Protein Shakes just slide on through. I can't wait to eat something with substance like oatmeal! Very Hard!!

After Surgery I was walking bending forward slightly which apparently stretched my hamstrings and calves. My legs hurt and my back and neck were sore from lying in bed. I was afraid of a clot but the pain was bilaterally in my legs.

If you belong to a credit union, get a signature loan with low interest. It can be paid off in 3 or 4 years. Show hubby some before and after pics of others, it may motivate him as well.
