My heaviest weight was 230 when I got the band 2 yrs. ago. I'm now @ 190. After taking these pics, I've decided to move my fill date up to April 20th. I will begin an 11 day cleanse tomorrow with the help of my hubby. As you can see, I carry my weight around the middle. GROSS, I know. I didnt get very far with my band before an unfill so I don't know if the fat will disappear in that area or what. Anyone know the odds of losing belly fat for an "apple" shaped person or what I can do to speed up the process???? These pics will definitely motivate me to do just about ANYTHING.
