I keep noticing all of these posts about eating candy and cupcakes 2 weeks post op , "not drinking my water", "can't drink my protein", and I feel very fortunate that I feel good enough to follow my doctors plan. Not judging, just sayin'.

Greek yogurt is NASTY but 23 g. of protein per cup, so yup I am eating it!

I feel good today! What a difference a week makes!
