    I had mine June 11,2010..almost 2 years out and I lost 200 pounds! It was the BEST decision I have ever made for myself. Best advice would to make sure you get friendly with the gym sooner rather than later and keep hydrated! Also check out local support groups/ making sure you surround yourself with positive and supportive people. My starting weight was 350, currently steady between 145-150.
