    4 Days Post Op... Advice?

    I was also sleeved on 11/26 n this gas pain is HELL !!!.....I know I'm not getting my water in like I should but I'm working on it.....I can't believe ur on more than liquids.....I'm on Thin liquids week 1,.....thicker liquids week 2 ....soft week 3,....& solid week 4 !!! I can't wait until week 2 so I can have me some black bean soup ....(blended)!!!! I went n walked da mall yesterday n had to stop n rest here n there other than that I'm good .....I wish all of yall da best ......when is everybody going back to work ????

  4. I think I wanna b 145-150......by da charts I should b 105-130.....I posted a pic when I was 170-176 size 11 in jrs......I loved that size .....I could pick whatever up n put it on

  11. I have always said I have heavy bones cuz when people would tell me how much they weight I would b like no way ur smaller than me (thinking to myself) thanks everybody for ur answers ......when I looked at a chart b4 I think my should b around 130-135
  12. I just talked to my nurse she say it sounds like gas n to do gas x n pain meds every 4 hours .....n to set my clock to wake me up at night to take meds
  13. I was sleeved on Monday 11/26 with band removal still a little pain ....I'm not coughing up blood anymore n I'm walking as much as I can....I'm ready to get my workout on so the pounds can drop .....
