  1. That's what I started saying to my self if the scale freeze as long as I don't gain it's ok.
  2. That's super cool. 38 inches your catching up to me. I'm 32 1/2 inches
  3. Don't worry the scale will move again. I guess sometimes we need to increase food or protein. Since I started eating a little more I notice I lose more weight the scale is the same but like my tummy is smaller. I have neck bones. Inches off my waist.
  4. No disrespect but you were looking like a great grandma & now you look so good like a teenager. You have done an amazing transformation.
  5. You do feel better. Everyone body is different & it takes the body time to adjust.
  6. I'm thankful for not having knee problems. For my 3 cute kids. Being able to have food on the table warm place to live.

  8. Happy thanksgiving..... I enjoy everything. I made rice with peas had less then half cup & a tiny piece of pork shoulder(I splash some lime) turkey in the oven had a piece. Everything in small portion & it was great & it stood all down.
  9. Keep taking your vitamins & eating mire times a day & you ahold be fine.
  10. Hope it all moves fast enough
