I have been at 194 for almost 2 months. I get 40-50- Protein a day.. i don't know i how much carbs i should be getting. I walk 2 miles a day 3-5 days a week. I will be 4 months out October 5 i started at 240..what should i be doing or need to change..can some one please inbox me so you can email me the things i may or may not be doing.. thank you in advance.

I wanna thank everyone for helping me out. It means alot to have friends that support you that you have never meet. But I would love to show everyone pictures but don't know how to post them or upload them.

OK I went to Mexico to have my surgery and everything went great on June 5th. And I would not change one thing. But I found myself wanting to eat Snacks that are not healthy. I do try to get in 45-6o grams of Protein. I need to do better on my Water intake. Can someone who went to there regular doctor pass me on some good things to be doing. Or where I should be at or ask me questions so I can answer then to see where I'm going wrong. Please every one help me I'm all ears.. I hear alot of people talking about going to SAM'Sclub getting some healthy snacks... Please help me out.

Had mine on June 5th start weight was 240lb now 197lb. I know it is slow losing but I know that is 40lb that is not coming back. Yeah for me...

What's crazy I'm not really worried about i only weight 1 a week and i don't think i have ever took measurements. Is that crazy i see how some people just loss it if they don't loss weight. I know every pound i loss is gone for good and that makes me happy.

I have been on a stall at 205 for a month. I will have me 2 month been sleeved on the 5 of August. Today I'm starting to lift light weight and bike for 30 .please help me.

I'm thinking about getting one of the ab contour belt. Has anyone tried it do they work . How long after surgery can you use it. I do sit ups and crunchies with ab lounger..

I don't count calories I make sure I get 40-60
Of cards... And I am one month out and I have lost 30lbs. Went from 240to 210 plus I lost 2-3every day and be right back at 210... But am I crazy or doing something wrong. I only make 15lbs goals for me meet every month. I do walk and have started weight at least 4 days a week. I only weight 1 time a week... Some one please help????

I'm not one who can sit at home. I sit with special needs people. I back at work 1 week after surgery... I'm at work now pulling 12hr I'm just fine no pain.

I drink out of a straw and I'm 2wks come Tuesday. But it is one of those starbucks cup.. Knock on wood I don't have any gas. I drink 3 cups and I know I have my liquid intake for the day.

I got mine done in Mexico on the 5th and I'm doing great. Would go back to Dr. Rodriguez anytime to get it done. I'm at work on my tablet in no pain.

I decided I'm going to look at the scale once a week or every other week.. But if it starts to stress me I will put it away and judge by my cloths I am more than just a number.

I do not weight myself every day but i did today and to my surprise i gained a pound. Please someone tell me what is wrong..I'm only 2wks out this Tuesday ..i thought i only on liquids Water cream of chicken Soup watered down apple sauce ever other day.someone please ease my mind. And i get 40-60 grams of Protein ..what am i doing wrong..
