    I'm almost 2wks out on Tuesday and i don't really care about eating yet. I drink my protein shakes. But i wanna know what it will feel like when i do it..but would not change a thing.

    Ok i have a ?...is it normal for me to only really wanna loss 15-20lbs a month..I'm going on 2wks out i drink my protein and my water and walk..just wanna know if it is normal to be able to take my meds with problem swallowing.im not in much pain..if it did not see my scares i would forget i had it done..am i doing something wrong..

    They are I'm one week at work doing great. Only one scare that needs to heal.. Drink my Fluid.... Get gas strips and walk all the time

    Now i do get all my water,water down juice.and low carb. Protein slim fast shake, broth. One week out down 15lb. Tried water down apple sauce .

    I came thru better then ever. Yes walk walk walk and when you don't want to walk some more ..and gas x strips....star med clinic was the best. Finally telling some people i had it done and where but i must say that was the best hospital i have ever been to. The people are so so so nice sometimes to nice...lol would not change a thing.

    Slim fast has one that has. 20g protein if you can find them. Love them..is something wrong i never had a problem drinking or swollen. Lord everyone prays must really work

    Do you think i can start a slim fast shake 1 week post op. And still stay on liquids ..i haven't found one thing but broth that i could put in clear broth and me drink it..can i add fiber to any of my liquids.

    Would it be bad if i start real protein shake on Tuesday due to that will be a week post surgery. I haven't found anything but broth i will drink that clear protein mix with..i don't wanna start anything else just a shake.

    The best protein shake i love is slim fast 20g protein 2-4 carbs and i do Adkins shakes if i want strawberry ..

    Ok i got thru with the help of every one at Dr Rodriguez star medical clinic ..yeah. my new sleeve is named suga foot...but i did just brun my mouth on this star bucks tea ..wishing every one a super speedy recovery mine was great..all i can say is walk walk walk and when don't wanna walk walk some more ...and gas x strips .
