I am so mad right now. I work out atleast 3 hours a day once in the evenings and once in the morning. I am trying my best to eat when I should I can't get over 800 calories in, I am feeling more and more exhausted each day.......and I AM AT A STAND STILL! My doc says more Protein, my nutritionist says more calories, and my trainer says more carbs so I can have more energy. I need to hear from someone who has had the surgery because none of these people have. What do I need to do?

I do this all the time! But I use instant coffee powder (Bru - the most popular brand in India). I just add 1 tsp coffee powder to my vanilla Protein powder and blend it with cold milk or milk + ice cubes. I dont like the skimmed milk or soy milk so I just use regular milk (3%). I love that cold coffee shake!!
The only way that I can get my Protein shake in is by adding either coffee or reduced-fat PB. I like both variations.
How do you use the pb with Protein, Not sure how that works?

Does that kinda make it taste like coffee with creamer and sugar? How strong is the vanilla taste over the coffee taste?
The vanilla taste isnt strong at all. It tastes like coffee with creamer.

My Doctor said it is much to hard to digest.
Plus, other sources offer more protein!
Like tilapia and salmon.
I don't really miss it that much!
Well, I do miss carne asada
But its ok, there is plenty of other options out there!

OMG jhansen those are BOTH perfect. I do the stink master/murderer every other day then the helliptical on the alternate days. Yep, that'll work lol thanks!
How long do you do on the stair master? I am still on 30 min on the helliptical. I think I may need to move up on the helliptical. I do 30 min at 5.7mph.

Love it, since my doc said no beef for a year!!
Turkey Patties are awesome too!
Tilapia is an great source of high Protein.

I LOVE Zumba! After a while you lose yourself in the music. Just keep moving and don't forget to have fun. Sometimes I find myself making my own adjustments if I can't get a move.

Is anyone else shedding skin, first it was my face, now my feet and stomach and arms. I feel like I am growing a new skin. Am I a snake?

I use the whey protien, I have the choc one and vani one no sugar it makes the pudding even better plus it makes me feel like im not just snacking im actually getting something good out of it lol. I just do a tbs of the powder and stir it in

I am 8 weeks out and have been eating salad for a few weeks now. It is one of the few things that doesn't seem to upset my stomach at all. I need to start with more veggies but its hard when you eat the Protein. I want nothing but veggies, trying to find veggies high in protien.

On March 30th I had surgery. I am 38 lbs lighter and I feel great. I am just trying to get a hold of what I can and cannot eat! I want to be a healthier skinnier me! I also want to maximize my weightloss and not get stagnant. So I am not trying to make any bad decisions.

I did both. And guess what? It worked. I also started weight lifting more and less cardio
