I have the same problem with the Protein drinks! I have the Gladiator from smoothie king in powder and instead of mixing with Water, I mix with skim milk. The first few days it tasted soooo good because it actually had taste, but now im just so tired of it. I have a hard time drinking as much as im supposed to because i cant seem to just drink drink drink... also ive started eating SOME semi solids like puree tuna and fish but it hurts soooo bad after i swallow i get chest pains... im just ready to be 2 mo post-op and not 10 days!

I am 10 days post op. I am now off of "full liquids" "kinda", im starting to introduce myself to
things like baked fish and tuna and boiled eggs. It hurts so bad after swallowing though! Its like
really bad chest pain? Has any one else experienced this? Also I know its only been 10 days, but I
dont see the weight coming off... Am I doing something wrong? I try to walk EVERY DAY but have
a 4 yr old and a set of 6mo old twins, its hard to get out of the house everyday. I am very
discouraged because I also don't have the "full" feeling yet. They say that its normal not to feel full
on liquids but as soon as I start eating solids I will definately feel the difference, but I can't help to
think something is wrong. Also, am I able to cook like i used to cook? Not all fattening and stuff of
coarse, but like, with seasoning? Im nervous to season my fish and chicken. Is it ok to? When was
it ok for yall to go back to "normal" eating, like with your family? My husband ordered pizza last
night. I was going to eat just 1 small piece but I did'nt because I was nervous to. Would that have
been ok? Also, "carbonation" like coke, dr pepper, red bulls, are these things I will have to avoid for
the rest of my life?
Feel free to leave any answers you all have, or any advice. Thanks (:
