  1. I can have caffeine free tea but I have to be careful when I go to a restaurant to order tea because most of the time the waitress don't know if it is caffeine free or not. I have had a similar reaction when I have had too much sugar (yes mine is still there too). Not that I am consuming that much to begin with but my body tells me when I am over doing it for sure!

  2. Recently I have found some joy in drinking tea. I have read lots of healthy info on black/green/ and white teas. I went to a store about a hour from where I live that sells lots of spices and teas. I was so excited I bought a tea pot and strainer spoon and several flavors of tea. I was in my little tea heaven. I drank about 16 oz in about a hour period and started to not feel well. I was a little scared because I have never felt like this before. I thought I was going to throw up. I ran to the bathroom and put a cold wash cloth on my head and started to feel a little better so I went to sit down and think about what was making me feel so horrible. Then I noticed my fingers and toes were taping, my heart was racing and that is when it came to me... I was on a caffeine high. I called the place where I bought the tea and they confirmed there was caffeine in the tea. Tea dreams crushed. I guess it did not occur to me when I purchased the tea because all the Celestial teas I have bought from the store are caffeine free. So all of you tea lovers... beware!
