Since surgery I am very week and can't take in many liqids . I dry heave. and it really hurts my stomach. emotionally I feel very week and have some feelings of regret. did anyone else feel this way and how did you get past it? thanks for any info. you can share

Rather than posting the clothes on Ebay I thought I would try this first. I have clothes size 24 that are career/casual wear. I understand completely....I am on day 10 and will be cooking the dinner tomorrow for Easter and watching the kids eat their candy....All I want at this point is a fork full of mashed potatoes or something...I can't wait to eat any food besides liquids. I am done 13 lbs so far.

Thank you all for your thoughts and input. The doctor gave me a suppository for nausea and it worked like a charm. Last night I felt like I hit a milestone with my sleeping. I was able to prop myself up on the sides so that I could rotate a little bit while sleeping. I am not use to sleeping on my back for the entire night so my back has been killing me. I was finally able to get some rest. The only big issue now is make sure I drink, I have no desire to drink anything, but know if I don't I will have to go to ER for IV Therapy. Any suggestions for Protein Shakes that taste good. Should I be drinking Protein shakes 4 days out.
