Me too cheese cake is my fave was thinking you could do a cream cheese layer sweetened with maybe some sf perserves just enough for color contrast on the bottom of the dish and then top with sf cheesecake pudding make using pie directions so it is thicker and top with sugar free whipped topping yum sounds good to me

I started with cottage cheese just to bites then tries half a scrambled egg with cheese then a couple bites of crab meat not supposed to have moist foods till Tuesday but could stomach all the sweet shakes so i am introducing on thing a day to see how my new stomach reacts so far so good but eggs give me gas

My one incision where they pulled my stomach out is itching like crazy. I did expect that to happen so soon.

Mine r also for 2 days now i scratch around them and it gives me some relief

I am five days out and having trouble drinking my Protein so i cheated today if that's what u want ti call it with less than 1/4 cup cottage cheese to help with Protein intake will be officially cleared fir moist food Tuesday.

I didn't even know this thread existed! I am 5 days post op - and while I don't feel good' date=' I sure don't think I can say I feel bad!

Surgery was Monday morning, I was awake and in my room by 4 pm that afternoon, I started walking around that night and had some MAGNIFICENT ice chips. OMG were they great. I was released the next night to go home and I am finding that the most comfortable place to sleep is my chair-and-a-half in my living room. I have 5 incisions and laying flat just puts too much pressure on them.

My biggest problems so far have been from gas pains. They are just horrid. A good friend of mine went to the store and bought the dissolving strips for me last night since I couldn't find them pre-surgery. I haven't taken enough of them to make a difference that I can see as of yet. Here's hoping it will get markedly better!

Also, I haven't been able to tolerate regular Water very well. I am drinking Propel Zeros and they stay down pretty good, but regular Water is just uncomfortable to do. Anyone else having that problem?

I am trying to walk around as much as possible, but there is sure nothing fun about Montana in the fall. We were getting snow flakes today. Ugh. So, I walk as much as I can stand being out from underneath about 10 blankets.. hahaha!! Good luck all my loser friends! [/quote']

Day 5 feeling better each day still struggling with the Protein in liquid form why are all the flavors sweet yuck that gets old! Calf muscles r still sore guess i have been just using them more seems all i do is pace around lol

Day four and finally passed gas and had a bm lol this morning has been difficult with all the has but it is finally moving so hopefully it will ease up sip sip sip walk walk walk

Had mine Monday came home today on full liquids trying to get in all my fluids at about 25 ozs right now but slowly getting better

I was sleeved on the 1st so far so good should be going home today i do have a upset tummy and it is hard to get fluids down
