  1. Was sleeved on 3/13.. and just weighed myself... 41 POUNDS LOST.. lately stress has been paying a visit in my life and these cupcakes in my house have been driving my head stress eating out of wack. I've been good I've kept on track..

    Was on a stall for alittle over a wk. Between wk 2 & wk 3.. but now its been like crazy .. don't understand it .. is it normal??


  2. I'm going to be 5 wks on Tuesday. I'm doing well with some foods and then not so well with others.. I'm down 38 pounds as of this mornings weigh in.. don't know if that's on track or too slow. Finding myself wanting to chug Water (which is impossible).. but I have been doing well with Protein and water intake. I'm super obsessed with the scale which was horrible when I was on a stall. That was at about my second wk but also had my period..


  3. I see alot of people saying "work your sleeve".. what does this really mean? I'm alittle over 2 wks out. And confused by that statement. And also about some people saying you need to eat to lose the weight.. so many years of dieting that included not eating now all I'm hearing is that I need to eat to lose.. someone explain all this to me.. thanks


  4. I was sleeved 3/13. Lost 22 pounds in 10 days and yesterday nothing this morning only a pound. I'm thinking because of the introduction of food. I have 160 pounds I wanna lose. I hoping these stalls are our bodies reaction to the change of eating habits. The support on here is what's getting me through. Lets not give up.. we need to think of everything we've done to just get sleeved. And this is will work. Trust me I feel depressed because of the last few days. But coming on here helps
