  1. If you want to make sure, go to their website and you can get a variety sample pack. I copied this from another website but the phone number is listed on there, that way you know what flavors you like before you buy: We are currently offering a one time only, limit one per person special on the nectar ‘Variety Sampler’ containing 13 full serving packets of the following flavors: Apple Ecstasy, Caribbean Cooler, Crystal Sky, Fuzzy Navel, Lemon Tea, Pink Grapefruit, Roadside Lemonade, strawberry Kiwi, Twisted Cherry, chocolate Truffle, Strawberry Mousse, vanilla Bean Torte and Latte Cappuccino. The price is $13.00. The Nectar Variety Sampler receives FREE SHIPPING and orders typically arrive in 2-5 business days via UPS Ground. If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please give us a call at 866-333-7403 x 801. Our hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Central time.

  4. Syntrax Nectar are more like a flavored beverage, not thick or chalky!
  5. There is a Wal-Mart brand Lemon Ice Tea that is sugar-free and it comes in those single packets that you put in water bottles. It's not half bad!

  12. I have EAS ready to drink shakes in Vanilla and I also have Syntrax Nectar. I am waiting on a mail order to come in so I can have a little more variety. Only 2 boring flavors for now! lol I tried the EAS strawberry also and they taste like strawberry quick to me. pretty good!
  13. So far, I've had only shakes and just yesterday I tried yogurt. Nothing else. I need to live a little! lol
  14. They really do, not to mention I started my monthly 4 days after surgery. Hating this belly bloat!
  15. Yes! 2 weeks of full liquids is what the Dr told me and then will go on mushy/soft foods. I can't say I am looking forward to that. Something about pureed foods just is not appetizing to me. What about you?
  16. I wish I had that same mentality.
  17. I know!! it does but when it does not budge, panic sets in.
  18. I had a hernia but it was a hiatal hernia and Dr repaired it when he sleeved me. I am a week out and doing pretty well.

  20. Ok, so seriously.... I am 1 week post-op and my belly is looking like I am 7 months pregnant. It looks bigger than before my surgery and I understand that swelling is normal but how long till I lose this "baby" bump thing? Anyone else have/had this issue?
  21. Once a month would be torture! lol maybe I can pull a bi-weekly weigh in off. lol
  22. I know! it's so hard not to. You want to step on and have pounds magically disappear and when that doesn't happen, you start filling your mind with negativity and self-doubt. Let's make a vow to only weigh 1 time a week.
