Made it thru the 1st day at the gym. Walked an hour,did some weights, crunches and sauna. I'm sure I'll pay for it tomorrow but it wasn't too bad!

1st time with a personal trainer this morning. Pretty hard work! But it wasn't horrible ... We will see if I still feel that way tomorrow.

Holy cow ! I'm TIRED. just got off after 14 hours, but atleast now I'm off for a week... Other than those pesky 8 hrs I have to work on Bmt on Friday ;(.

How do I search for something on FB like if I wanted to find a company or tv show page? I know how on the regular computer but since FB changed I can't do it, or FIND how to do it anymore on my phone

life--- it isn't about just saying things... it's about putting those words into action. Say what you mean, and mean what you say! There's already enough hot air floating around! Don't just flap your gums and add to it for nothing! If you don't plan on keeping your "word" then don't waste my time.
