Started at 5'0" 205 now 145. Would like to lose 10-15 more but heyyyy I'm happy and I feel alot better! If I do good ...if I don't o well. Plus I'm KEEPING it off! Never could do that on my own! If I was diligent about exercise and what I eat I'm sure I get t off but I never wanted to feel like I was on a NEVER ENDING DIET I wanted to feel normal and I DO. mission accomplished! Here's a pic of my little black dress that my hubby bugged me for 3 days to go back to the mall and get after I tried it on and sent him this pic. Lol.

OMG really reallyyyy? Drove an hour and half to SAMs in Houston to buy 7 boxes of flooring that they have here in the store that Scott called last night to make SURE. NOW thy saying its in liquidation and thy cant sell it. TOTAL bs when we are here in the store and the flooring is HERE! And we need it to finish... Good grief! People have to make things difficult!

Plus there are hormones stored in fat cells that are being releases whether u are male or female. I spent 20 years always being hot, now I actually get cold most of the time. Sooo weird! The moodiness does get way better. -

Well the hormone test were normal. But FINALLY the past 2-3 weeks I'm feeling alittle more back go my old self in the bedroom. Not 100% but 75% lol. Hey I'm not complaining! -
CVS has an adult chewable multi vitamin (cvs brand) and they have them bogo free pretty often. They taste like the kids Flintstones I love them!

I'm almost one year out and I can almost eat half of a regular size burger with cheese lettuce pickles condiments all my OLD style things I ate before the sleeve. Depending on what else I have eaten that day and how recently I've drank anything. If you wanted an actual REAL PERSON answer and not someone who's thinking they are NEVER going to eat a burger again! Geez people to each his or her own!

My BMI was 40.5 I had been gaining and losing the same 30 # about 30x over the past 20 years and never got to what I WANT to weigh. I started at 205 highest weight was 215 and I'm 5'0". Now I'm 145 still would like to lose 10-15 more but if I don't O well I still feel alot better than I did 65# ago!!! If I ate just how u was supposed to and exercised regularly I'm sure I'd lose the last bit but either way even if it super slow I'm keeping it off and feeling healthier!!! I'm almost 1 yr. out and really I eat anything I'm in the mood for just much smaller portions than before. It's been great for me NOOO regrets!!' -
I'm watching untold stories of the ER where an old lady accidentally put tobacco leaves in a pot of stew she made thinking they were herb leaves and poisoned her whole family. Her grandson had seizures and they said kids have died from eating 1 cigarette and that nicotine is a "natural" pesticide and a toxic poison and eating 4 cigarettes can kill an adult ! They should put that info on the cigarette packages!

life--- it isn't about just saying things... it's about putting those words into action. Say what you mean, and mean what you say! There's already enough hot air floating around! Don't just flap your gums and add to it for nothing! If you don't plan on keeping your "word" then don't waste my time.

There is a big difference between knowing and understanding. You can know a lot about something and not really understand it. It's not necessary to understand everything, but atleast try and imagine how you would feel
