i have been MIA but i have lost 140lbs 66 more to go til goal

been working out for a week and it feels great

12 days since surgery..im doing good..

lost 3.8 pounds since last month visit! one more appt to go

i feel pretty today and put on some clothes i havent worn in a while. i can just imagine how i will feel after surgery

have my 5th appt next week...hopefully they dont reschedule AGAIN
