I stopped weighing myself everyday for 4 days now, but when I went to weigh myself 2day, my scale wasn't working. That is definitely a sign, I need to stick to my commitment, only weigh once a week.

IT'S WK 3 and.....I'M STALLING, I'M STALLING...HELP!

I went to my 1st post-op appt. today and I was told that I can start my stage 3 diet....I was so nervous to eat but it turned out better than I expected

Can't believe its been 2 weeks since this surgery, I feel 5x better...Hope I keep up the good work!
