  1. So I love soup but I ran out of ideas of some good recipes for soups Anyone would like to share some recipe ideas with me? An this include a a good Chili recipe too lol TIA
  2. I chew gum sometimes,almost 3 months post op here I try to be careful I love the Sugar free gums ,instead of candy lol
  3. Yes I do exercise 5 times a week , cardio at least 35-60 minute and weights Every other day . Exercise has helped me out a lot . I pretty much eat everything lol. I try to stick with Protein first , Low carbs no more than 40 g a day . Around 800 calories daily . And I'm getting 60-70 g of protein a day. As for Snacks , Lots of low fat cheese , tuna, fat free deli meats and low carb Protein Bars .   8. YES I am always freezing my butt,before surgery I was never cold lol Not that I am complaining I take the cold over the 58 lbs that i had extra LOL

  13. I have to add on here that I think exercise is a great way to help with depression :) It works for me,if I feel down I go and work and then later everything feels so different. I feel like I accomplish something important in my life
  14. I just wanted to share my personal experience , I did Diva's boot camp,and that is how break my 3 weeks stall So yeah if you stick with it,Works!!!! =) also exercise is way important
  15. I started working out around week 6. Don't rush yourself You are just starting this journey like me I hope that you feel better HUG

  17. My libido has been so crazy high these days,for some reason,maybe because I am about hit my 3 months mark?? LOL
  18. My trainer told me to do at least 15 minutes cardio to warm up then I do the weights with her and then I can add 30 minutes or so cardio

  21. Hi Kathy We are both just starting this journey!!! I really hope your diabetes go away, I was not diabetic,just insulin resistant ,so kind of like diabetic borderline. We still have a long way to go after this surgery,So far I seen your progress is amazing!! BIG HUG

  23. I think it was not until week 3 that I started feeling "normal" All this stage that you are experiencing is normal for your current stage ,I hope you feel better!!
