I went hiking with the family and my 2 year old on my back ( carrier ) and I did almost 7 miles in 2 hours LOL I have a blister now on my toe ouch I will do better lol

LOL I ran outside 3.5 miles in 43 minutes,I totally suck at running but I WILL get better ha ha

Good morning!!!! TGIF!!! And I am excited to hit the gym today

I had an amazing workout !! Woohoo , every little drop of sweat is worth it I make them count

60 lbs down today and my sleeve is 3 months old today

I changed my goal weight to 125 and I am confident that I will get there someday =) For now I am loving exercising and eating healthy!
