I think you should go to the hospital and get an IV,it helped a lot when I got dehydrated . I hope you feel better soon!

thanks girl! My typical day is as follows (with some variations of course) breakfast: cottage cheese single- 19 grams of protien snack: 1/4 cup of nuts or trail mix of some sort. Lunch: 1/2 cup of a steak burrito bowl from chipotle with everything (including rice and beans) I can make one last 6 meals easy! With 5 chips. snack is a venti iced vanilla latte (not skinny, not sugar free) ! dinner is always chicken breast or pork tenderloin or some other yummy meat with 1/4 cup of veggies. And I always have a snack at bedtime like 1/4 cup of cheezits, or something else carby- small portion!!! Sounds great right???

I agree with Indymom, your Nut should help you with that, also if you can track your calories in my fitness pal on your phone or any other website would be very helpful. I am 6 weeks post op like you and I am having about 900 Calories per day,65 g of Protein and I am trying to limit my carbs or sugars. They told me 600-900 calories per day at my stage would be good.

I am 5"3 and I was 216 pre surgery . My BMI was 38. Now I am 176 and I will be 2 months out soon. I think my surgeon said I can expect about 60%-65% of my pre op weight gone.
