I was 200 the day of my surgery and I started at 216,they won't cancel your surgery,They like you lose weight,so it means you follow diet and it gets easier for them to perform your surgery.

Well my lucky day is tomorrow,wish me luck guys, this website has been so helpful. I thank everybody for all the info. I am extremely nervous and scared. I just hope everything goes well. I don't know yet what time exactly , I have to call in about 2 hours and find out but for sure will be in the morning. I am looking forward to live a happy and healthy life.The main reason I am doing this is because of that and of course I have to LIVE for my 2 year daughter :smile1: I will take any prayers and well wishes now :smile1: Thanks!!!!

You can also mixed sleeve with "yo amo " "yo amo mi sleeve" or sounds even nicer "Amo mi Sleeve" Paola is right sleeve is manga, but manga has different meaning in Spanish Like Sleeve in English . Everything went well . So far so good , just some chest pain when I drink and belly cramps. I been walking a lot and sipping my water

As much as I been tempted ,I haven't cheat one single ay of my diet, I know my surgeon told me that he won't perform my surgery if he opens me and see that I did not follow the pre op liquid diet. He will send me home. So I really need this surgery to improve my health and I am sticking with my pre op diet . I don't know how strict is your surgeon.

I have fatty liver so my question is,does this liquid diet will help to shrink my liver anyway,having fatty liver??? I would love to know to those who had surgery and fatty liver. What a happens if I follow the strict diet like I am doing it but my surgeon still see fat around my liver? How does he know I never cheat on my diet? Thanks!!!

I bought unflavored protein powder at GNC ( Whey protein ) and I am making my own drinks like 6 oz of water ,4 ice cubes and sugar free crystal light or SF Kool aid and I put it in the blender and is tastes really good is easy to drink because you can keep constantly changing the sugar free crystal light etc flavors

Ok today is my 3rd day of Pre op liquid diet, I am TRYING really hard to stay strong. It is hard when I have to cook breakfast for my husband ( who does not cook ) Today I made chocolate chip pancakes and I had to suffered making them and the smell and stuff lol. Then my hubby brought some french bread from Sam's so I can fix him a sub from lunch. And to end the day because he is an Army Veteran,he got FREE food at Chili's I am constantly hungry and fighting not to cheat on this diet,sometimes I want to cry ,seriously . I am allow to eat cream soups low fat strained,sugar free jello,pudding and crystal light. Also natural no sugar added apple sauce and protein shakes low in sugar like EAS. I am so tired of eating these cream can soups I need recipes and ideas to make the soups homemade,anyone can help me with this? I googled Pre op soups recipes and I haven't find much info. I need help to keep going with this diet, I feel like giving up and I still have 12 long days more. Thank you in advance

it says 60 calories from fat and 6.0 total fat , So what Calories from fat??
