Can you do some light walking at least 30 minutes per day? I think you are doing great if you are eating low carb ,low fat and controlling your portions , I am pretty sure you will lose those 10 lbs in no time and you will get approve. Good luck!! -

Girl my scale finally broke yesterday and I thank god for that . I am not buying a new one until get over my scale OCD. Is normal to bounce 2-3 lbs here and there ,don't get discourage ,the weight will come off sweetie -

My scale broke today
and I have an OCD with it. Yes this was confirmed by my psychologist 
lol So I guess I will need to survive without one till I can buy me a new one =) -
I don't think is that bad to eat watermelon is not like you are eating cookies or cakes =) I can eat a lot of fruits now

Depressed. When It Will Get Better?

I am sorry that you are feeling this way. Is very common to have depression after a major surgery. I felt a little down around that time that you are now post op. You are going to feel better with the days,time heals. And you will start seeing that getting sleeved was the best decision you ever made for your self,for your family,for your life. You still have time to recover. Your stomach still sore. Tomorrow is a new day Be positive and stay strong!, Things will get better! Hug -

4 months post op and down 67 lbs so far No complications at all. No regrets what so ever -
I am 4 months out and I haven't have a sip and I am not planning.Maybe after 1 year post op I will. I guess this is a very personal decision and is always good to talk to your surgeon about it
