I am only 3 months out and I am going to wait 1 year post op. That is what they usually recommend. I am starting to have some lose skin on my belly and arms. And my boobs are not perky anymore ,well they were not the same anyway right after I gave birth lol But losing weight so rapidly is not helping them either. So I am considering a breast augmentation with a lift and some lipo on my future -

You can use the blender more time? or add some ice I will add 3-4 ice cubes,that might help,but there is always going to be some powder in there. You will get use to it -

How Do You Track Your Exercise, Especially Strength Training

I been confused about this too to enter my strength routine as well. I saw that you can enter them if you to "browse all" and you will each one like for example "leg curls" etc -
I haven't but sounds interesting I been wanting to switch from my chewable ones, how big are the pills?

yay awesome I am 3 months out here and starting weight was 216 with a BMI of 38 some co morbidities like insulin resistant which I am not longer ( yay ),fatty liver,GERD etc Total loss as for 3 months 60 lbs and counting, 31 lbs to goal,I will be happy to help anyone who would like to contact me add me on Facebook etc
