*Pulling my hair out*. Yesterday I went to my first personal trainer evaluation. Of course, I was quickly judged on my choice to have surgery. The trainer quickly told me that without training I would gain all my weight back within four months and have to start over. He also told me that no piece of equipment in the gym would help me if I picked to do this on my own. He would help my husband and I for $1000 PER MONTH !!!!! What a whackdoodle!!!! I am down 75lbs with less than 30 until goal. I feel discouraged and angry! I need to tone my arms and stomach but was looking for some help (apparently with the wrong person!). What did you guys do to tone up? Any help is appreciated :-)

My husband is more nervous than I about surgery. VERY skeptical, and believes positive testimonials are likely staffers and coordinators.

If anyone who has had surgery with Dr. Kelly is willing to talk to my husband to calm his nerves and assure him that there are indeed, real people who have had genuinely positive experiences with Dr. Kelly it would be SOOO helpful for me. My surgery is 3 weeks away!

I have finally managed to get all my lil quackers in a row and schedule my surgery! I booked my plane tickets and paid my deposit and my husband and I will be on our way to Tijuana and a better lifestyle!! I decided to go to Dr. Ramos-Kelly on September 28!! AHHHH!! That's only 18 days away!!! Wish me luck and thanks to all of you who wrote about your experiences so us newbies could know all the facts .

Oh my goodness!! I am trying to decide if I want to finance the Gastric Sleeve surgery or not. I have looked up a few companies that offer it and am just not sure. Sooooo ... Im calling on all the folks that have financed. Would you do it again? What were your interest rates like? How about your monthly payments? Have you had any problems with the companies?

Thanks for the reply! I have been researching 3 different doctors and have ran into these problems with two of them. I have actually been leaning towards your surgeon! I've seen wonderful things about him and havent had half the hassles as I have with the others!

I have recently been doing a lot of research on different Coordinators and have read a ton of posts about their deal. Why is there so much animosity between these folks? I was working with one gal and fell in love with her. She answere dmy questions quickly and helped me tremendously. Than I deal with the actual Doctor's coordinator and feel slightly dissapointed! I get none of my questions answered and actually feel scolded when I dont understand what they mean and have to ask again. I shouldn't feel this way as I'm the one paying for services. I was told b they the Dr's assistant to ignore the other coordinators as they knew nothing about what they were doing! I'm s confused. Do I stick with nice and thorough coordinator or go with the "Dr's assistant" and feel slighted?
