So I have not been posting much since I have been soo busy back at work...I just weighed myself and I am down to 170! I cant believe it! I thought the scale was wrong

hey how are you doing?? I have a ? I had surgery the same day you did. have you experienced a stall yet? I am so frusterated I have not lost 1 pound in almost two weeks. I dont know what to do.

I am so happy I feel every pound leaving my body...I finally have been able to enjoy going to the gym in years...Its about time things start going right in my life!

out of the 200s I cant believe it, I never thought it would ever happen. even though I am not feeling good I am only 11 days out of my surgery Im sure things will get better

So highest weight for me was 225 and as of today I am down to 200lbs I cant believe it..the weight is coming off quicker than I thought.I just wish I wasnt so nauseous all the time

yeah down five pounds since surgery june 9th its so strange i am loosing a little here and a little there...a bracelet I havent been able to wear for five years fit me today....its a miracle

I keep thinking about my surgery and really cant get it out of my mind...I am so excited I feel like Im going to disneyland or a vacation lol

hey Im from san diego too but Im getting my surgery at scripps green in la jolla. my surgery is on june 9th..how long were u in the hospital for?? Was the pain bad??? Wut is helping you with the pain...sorry for all the questions, im just nervous/excited trying to prepare...thanks

Ever since I got my surgery date which is June 9th I cant stop thinking about what life is going to be like after surgery I am so anxious I already have my preop post op weeks 1-4 diet plans all written out. I also just printed out a workout log hoping organization will be a huge advantage to keeping me on track
