For me my challenge is keeping my menu changing and creative.. the portions i am learning to be okay with ... but i hear you.. about being hungry.. etc...

  10. Hi Duchess: Im in Florida too.. although i got my sleeve in Juarez, Mexico...on the 27th of July.. so we are but a few days apart.. lol I have been struggling with the pureed foods and eating too fast. Other than that i have been very blessed because i dont have nausea and the pain is really gone from the incisions.. yaay.. I am just trying to wrap my head around the smaller tummy and portions.. etc. Regards~
  11. Im a week and a few days out.. almost 2 weeks.. I am feeling like i could eat more than i thought. I was having 5 small meals.. but i may have to change it to 4 not sure.. I have been losing consistently..despite me thinking i am eating too much. I need to remember not to eat and drink at the same time. i have forgotten and taken a sip of something and then freaked out because i did.. lol.. This is all new and I have realized i need to really learn to listen to my body.. and continue the process.. and today i am trying to have more liquids and Protein.. having a hard time with the powder Isopure.. (i hate the after taste).. Thanks for your posts.. they have been very helpful.
  12. i just had surgery last wednesday!! and I have to be honest ... i gained weight before my surgery.. i could not stop eating thinking this is the last time i will have this much nachos, or the entire burger.. etc... i can tell you that i wished i hadnt because i would be farther along in weight loss.. BUT i understand what you are going through because that was me about 3 weeks ago!!!! hang in there.. and try your best.
