it has been almost a year since i have been on the site...March 16 makes 1 year since my surgery and i am down 135 pounds. i feel fantastic! now I need some help...we are expecting another child and i need somewhere to go for information so that myself and our baby stay healthy the next 8 months. Any suggestions

So tomorrow is six weeks! YAY and according to my scale, I am down 40 pounds. I need to find more time to walk/exercise but with three kids and a fulltime job it is hard. On the up side, I am coaching my son's baseball team this summer so that will help A LOT!

Today makes four weeks since my surgery! So excited. I feel better than ever and I am down 31 pounds!!!
