It's mostly protein and veggies. I had a hard time the first week with cravings. No-no's are bread, pasta, sugar (which includes fruit!). It's do-able though so you should try it!
Thanks! My diet is less that 30g of carbs a day and no snacks. I don't think I'll have lost that much next weigh in though because I've cheated a lot. Oops. lol
Dr. Webb is supposed to be great. I actually looked at NOVUS too and liked them. I've lost 12 lbs so far and have been doing it a little less than a month. It's hard but not impossible so I'm okay. Congrats on your 3 months! Halfway through!
