Is there anybody that went thru this but came out successful? I just need words of encouragment!

Thanks Coops! I am trying to stay positive but I am use to everytime I get on the scale it is down 1 or 2 pounds! And for the last couple times I am at a standstill and I do not weigh myself everyday maybe once a week! I am kind of sad I have to admit! I know it will get better!

I feel like I am losing slow as well I as sleeved March 15th and 43 pound weightloss does not include my pre-op diet because I too scared to weigh myself before the surgery so I weighed myself a day after I was sleeved and I weighed in at 234! I have lost 43lbs and I do not know if that is is slow or not but to me that is slow!!!!! I will get on the scale and it goes up a pound and down a pound the all of a sudden I will lose 4 to 5 lbs! Is there anyone else that is going through this as well? I am trying to hit a goal of 170 something by my bday!! What can I go to speed up my weight lost?

I know how you must fill ! I went to Mexico as well But I went with Dr. Almanza he was GREAT!!!! The reason why I choose him was because prior to me getting the sleeve I went to mexico and had a tummytuck and when I was there Dr. Almanza himself had the sleeve done on himself and I was stunned becaused I knew then that if he trusted his own life then I should be okay! After that 8months later I went back and was sleeved! My tummytuck was great as well as the sleeve! If you have any more questions feel free to ask! Goodluck!

Yes this is a good topic!! It's funny because I have lost almost 40lbs and some of my close friends have not made no comment about but when I'm at work everyone is like wow u look great. So 2 me they r haters!!! But of I gained 1 pound they the first 2 notice it and comment on it !!

hello, guys I am finally out of the 200 and I am sooooooooooooooooo excited about that! I have just 50 more pounds until I meet my goal my sleeve is the best thing I ever did for myself!!! Just downhill from here guys! Who is with me???

I am almost 2 months post op and I am having the hardest time being able to keep meat dowm! Almost everytime I eat meat it makes me chest hurt really bad and then I vomit it all back up! Is anyone else having this problem??

I am having the same problem I barley every have to do the #2!!! I was thinking about getting more fiber or a pill to help me go because I am not regular at all!

I am tired all the time and sleepy! I do not have any energy to work out at all! I suppose of started to work out 2 weeks ago and today was my first day! I know I am lazy!!!! What can I do to get my adrenaline going and my energy level up???

Hey Guys, Jumped on the scale today and I am down another 2lbs I am soooooo happy with myself! But I know I probably would do better if I start to workout! I am going to start one day this week! Because I have a mini goal for my bday 8-6-11 and I want to hit my goal!

Hey Guys, I am so excited today I just weight myself and I have dropped another 3lbs since I weighed myself on April the 11th! I am so happy that I made the choice to get sleeved ! I have just 12 more pounds and then I am going to be out of the 200s forever! I am so happy! I have not weighed under 200lbs since highschool! This is soooooooooooooooo big for me! This is offically the count down! Anybody with me?
