My coworker gave me a treadmill, even delivered it to my house! It's an older model, but it works just fine and will serve the purpose until Christmas when hopefully Santa gets me the one I've been eyeballing!

Got a new walking tracking app for my phone. I burned 1200 calories walking at a pace of 4.7 mph for 2 hours. Woot!

I've decided nothing good ever comes from the 7-11. I still want to buy junk when I'm in there, even if I don't eat it. First the gas station now 7-11. I will not be able to leave my house soon.

I need to get myself together and stop eating CRAP! I eat uber healthy during the day, then around 8 p.m. I get the munchies and eat horrible things. Tonight it was a 1/2 cup of ice cream, 5 Reese's Pieces and 6 French Fries. I wasn't even hungry. Any cure for the evening munchies?

Teaching my son how to fry chicken. Since I can't eat it anymore, I don't make it. He begged and begged so I told him HE has to make it. I think I've got a chef on my hands!

Ate 3oz of a salad yesterday and spent the rest of the night throwing up and sick as a dog! Will I ever be able to eat salad again?

Something weird is going on with my stomach lately. I can only eat about 2-3 bites of food before I start to feel sick. It sustains me for about 2 hours, and then I can only eat about 2-3 bites again. I don't know what's wrong but my stomach is not liking me or food lately.

Walked 10 miles this morning. I feel great, but I learned that I need new tennis shoes. These ones are too heavy for long distance walking! Looks like an excuse to go shopping to me!

God works in mysterious ways. Yesterday I found myself drowing in chocolate chocolate chip ice cream. This morning I woke up with hives. I think my old childhood allergy to chocolate has come back. Don't want to be itchy, but at least I'm not eating anymore ice cream!

Didn't exercise today because I was at football camp with my son most of the day. If I was smart I would have worn work out clothes and worked out while he was training. My muscles ache, they need to be stretched out. Gotta make it up tonight!

I hate 176 pounds! I've been this weight for a week now and the scale is showing no signs of moving. My measurements are getting smaller, but the scale won't budge. Granted, the head hunger and giving in to cravings is getting worse, but I've been making up for it in exercise. Stupid 176, I want you gone! Lets get down to the low 170s or the 160s, even...

Feeling fat and bloated today. I haven't even eaten that much today and worked out really well. I guess it was that damn Skinny Cow fudge pop I treated myself to. That's it - tomorrow I'm getting back on track. No snacks.

Went shopping at my favorite store - Dots. Not only did I have coupons, but I got some great deals on the clearance rack. I finally got to shop on the "other" side of the store. Size 11/12 pants, medium dresses. I actually got 2 dresses in a small, and they fit!
