  2. After the 5 days of rain, and floods here, my eyes wouldn't adjust to the sunny sky yesterday. Kinda happy it's cloudy out and supposed to rain again. It's not so bright. Only downer...I can't go for a walk.

  3. I think my body has decided that it doesn't want to lose these last 3 pounds so I reach my goal. I'm okay with that! 153 is a good weight.

  4. Today was the first dance aerobics class. Not only did I feel uncoordinated, but my body still is sore from yesterday. I need a day to recouperate!

  5. Those size 8/10 shirts that I thought I would be saving for a few weeks until the 12/14s got too big...guess I gotta bust those puppies open. All of my 12/14s shirts are too big now. I could wear them 2 weeks ago, now not so much.

  6. Home from hospital. Hernia repair was a success. Golf ball size hole in my abdominal wall. The pain is unbelievable! My sleeve surgery, hysterctomy, and c-section combined didn't hurt this bad. The good news is, he tightened the stomach muscle above my navel, so that's one less thing I have to get done when I go for plastics...

  7. I hate 176 pounds! I've been this weight for a week now and the scale is showing no signs of moving. My measurements are getting smaller, but the scale won't budge. Granted, the head hunger and giving in to cravings is getting worse, but I've been making up for it in exercise. Stupid 176, I want you gone! Lets get down to the low 170s or the 160s, even...

  8. Got in a good workout during my lunch break today!

  9. Forgot my protein bar on my bus trip yesterday and had to eat a piece of fried chicken. God, I was so sick! I wish people would take into consideration that not everyone can digest certain foods. Need to be more mindful of my new life when I go out of town on family functions and they say that they'll bring the food...

  11. Bought a new scale that has my weight spot on with my what my doctor measures me as. Gonna change my numbers to reflect the new scale. The old scale kept changing everytime I stepped on it. I'm adding 7 pounds to my weight because the new scale has me at 191 and not 184... A little bumbed but I'll make it up!

  12. Just walked 10 miles in 2.5 hours! I'm getting faster. The bionic woman's got nothing on me!!!

  13. I've lost over 5 pounds in 1 week just by eating like I'm supposed to! It's amazing that when you follow this sleeve plan like you should the results you can get out of it. I'm rocking my sleeve!

  14. Zumba kicked my butt today, but it was fun. Tomorrow is the dreaded weight training day. I hate Fridays because of those stupid weights!

  16. Ate 3oz of a salad yesterday and spent the rest of the night throwing up and sick as a dog! Will I ever be able to eat salad again?

  17. Was able to walk 2.6 miles before the pulled muscle in my stomach started hurting...

  18. My baby just bought me the Zumba Exhilarate because I'm too shy to go to a class. I don't like working out in a group. Hell, my water aerobics class only has 5 people in it!

  19. Damn I don't know how this bag of Welch's Mixed Fruit Snacks ended up at my desk again! That's it. I'm going to tape, and staple it shut, then lock it in my desk drawer!

  20. Gotta go back on low carbs. I've gone over my carb allowance everyday this week.

  21. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill on a 3.0 incline on 3 mph for 20 minutes to make up for the 1/2 bag of Welch's Fruit Snacks I ate instead of eating a real lunch. I dont' know what happened. I just needed something sweet and fruity and there they were.

  22. Went to the hand specialist - I have a particial tear of the ligment of my thumb. Have to wear a custom splint for 6-8 weeks, and still might need surgery. It's still particially attached to the bone, but if it doesn't grow back together I will need surgery. Worst part? No hand weights over 3 pounds. Now I can do that, but those weights in Water aerobics are hard with the water resistance. Gotta find a way to strap that sucker to my hand so I can work these flabby arms out!

  23. Lifted too many weights, or did too many leg lifts. I am soooooooooo sore!

  24. 1.6 pounds to go til goal! Woot!!!
