  1. 1.6 pounds to go til goal! Woot!!!

  2. 15 pounds away from my final goal! Don't think I'll make it by Labor Day, but I don't feel like pushing myself or "dieting" anymore. I'm losing weight the way my body wants to right now, and I'm okay with that. It's a little slower, but it's not a race. I'm doing it right and I'm healthy, so I'm okay with that!

  3. A woman I work with has been gaining weight lately. She gave me two big bags of size 16 and 14 clothes! They fit and look brand new. I just went through my closet and took out all of my 18s and 20s that I can no longer fit for her. I love clothes swapping!

  4. Aerobics is not as fun as Zumba!

  5. After the 5 days of rain, and floods here, my eyes wouldn't adjust to the sunny sky yesterday. Kinda happy it's cloudy out and supposed to rain again. It's not so bright. Only downer...I can't go for a walk.

  6. Almost broke my thumb moving furniture yesterday. First xray says it's not broken, just a severe sprain - have to come back in 5 days for more xrays. I may need surgery on it if the legiment is detached. How am I supposed to do pushups with a 1/2 broken thumb?

  8. Anyone tried Brazil Butt Lift? Thinking about buying it.

  9. Ate 3oz of a salad yesterday and spent the rest of the night throwing up and sick as a dog! Will I ever be able to eat salad again?

  10. Ate some sirloin burger soup, as my intro to beef today. My sleeve still doesn't seem to like beef. I swear it's still sitting in my chest after 5 hours. Oh well, back to chicken I go!

  11. Ate too much food at dinner. I feel awful! I hadn't tried pork before, but I only had an ounce. I also had 4 green and 2 slices 1/4 inch thick potatoes. Apparently that was WAYYYYYYY to much! Had to throw up to relieve the pressure in my tummy.

  12. Back on track today. I've eaten what I'm supposed to eat and I'm not letting the head hunger or the mouth watering get to me. I worked out at lunch - all weight lifting today. Many I'm a weakling! I feel good, though!!!

  13. Bought a new scale that has my weight spot on with my what my doctor measures me as. Gonna change my numbers to reflect the new scale. The old scale kept changing everytime I stepped on it. I'm adding 7 pounds to my weight because the new scale has me at 191 and not 184... A little bumbed but I'll make it up!

  14. Can't get enough sweets today. I just want to eat grapes all day long!!!!

  15. Damn I don't know how this bag of Welch's Mixed Fruit Snacks ended up at my desk again! That's it. I'm going to tape, and staple it shut, then lock it in my desk drawer!

  16. Damn you Giant for having Breyer's 1/2 Calorie Ice Cream on sale this week!

  17. Debating if I'm going to workout today at lunch. My hamstrings are KILLING me! That's what I get for working out and watching Teen Mom 2 last night. I totally lost track of time because I was all engrossed in the show!

  18. Determined I'm going to burn some calories doing some serious housework today! Does moving the couch to vacuum under it count as weight lifting? :)

  19. Determined to jog 3/4 of a mile today. I still don't have the stamina I want for jogging; all those years of being fat have ruined my knees. But Monday I did 1/2 mile. Today I'll try to push through to do a little more!

  20. Did 20 minutes of Tae Bo last night. Billy Blanks is trying to kill me. Every muscle in my body hurts! I hate Billy Blanks and his stupid workout!

  21. Did 30 minutes on the treadmill on a 3.0 incline on 3 mph for 20 minutes to make up for the 1/2 bag of Welch's Fruit Snacks I ate instead of eating a real lunch. I dont' know what happened. I just needed something sweet and fruity and there they were.

  23. Didn't exercise today because I was at football camp with my son most of the day. If I was smart I would have worn work out clothes and worked out while he was training. My muscles ache, they need to be stretched out. Gotta make it up tonight!

  24. Down to my goal pants size - an 8. Only 3 more pounds to lose and I'm at my goal weight. What a crazy ride these 7 months have been!

  25. Feeling a lot better today. Being sick is no fun
