  1. Feeling fat and bloated today. I haven't even eaten that much today and worked out really well. I guess it was that damn Skinny Cow fudge pop I treated myself to. That's it - tomorrow I'm getting back on track. No snacks.

  2. Feeling like crap today. I have this horrible pain in my incision, and everything I eat keeps getting stuck. Think I'm going to lay down and try it again.

  3. Feeling mighty satisfied with my food choices today!

  4. Finally can fit into 3 pairs of pants I bought before I got sleeved. I bought them because they were cute. They are a size 16 (still big in the waist, but they fit my hips and stomach). At least they're not the 24 I was wearing beforehand!

  5. Finally some progress! I lost a pound. Now I'm 2.4 pounds away from my goal!

  6. Forgot my protein bar on my bus trip yesterday and had to eat a piece of fried chicken. God, I was so sick! I wish people would take into consideration that not everyone can digest certain foods. Need to be more mindful of my new life when I go out of town on family functions and they say that they'll bring the food...

  8. God works in mysterious ways. Yesterday I found myself drowing in chocolate chocolate chip ice cream. This morning I woke up with hives. I think my old childhood allergy to chocolate has come back. Don't want to be itchy, but at least I'm not eating anymore ice cream!

  11. Got a blister on my foot from walking 3 miles...ouch! Guess this is an excuse to by new shoes!

  12. Got a new walking tracking app for my phone. I burned 1200 calories walking at a pace of 4.7 mph for 2 hours. Woot!

  13. Got a swimsuit - size 14!!!!!!! Fits like a charm!

  14. Got back from my romantic birthday weekend in Niagara Falls Canada! Had a wonderful trip, but I snacked a little too much. I made it to the gym everday and walked everywhere that we went instead of taking the bus or driving. All in all, I didn't do too bad. A few Sun Chips, and a quarter bag of Doritos is just a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things! Tomorrow's weigh in will be the deciding factor.

  15. Got in a good 20 minute workout this evening after being sick for 2 days. I'll be glad when I can push myself to 30 minutes.

  17. Gotta buy a swimsuit today. Should it be the size clothes I wear, or a size smaller?

  18. Gotta go back on low carbs. I've gone over my carb allowance everyday this week.

  19. Had my first advanced water aerobics class today. It was AWESOME, but lord I'm tired!

  20. Heartbroken, sad and devistated. The love of my life just ended our relationship. My heart hurts. But, I've lost 3 pounds in the last few days because of the drama and arguing. Trying to see the silver lining isn't really working out...I tried though.

  21. Home from hospital. Hernia repair was a success. Golf ball size hole in my abdominal wall. The pain is unbelievable! My sleeve surgery, hysterctomy, and c-section combined didn't hurt this bad. The good news is, he tightened the stomach muscle above my navel, so that's one less thing I have to get done when I go for plastics...

  22. I broke my stall! I went back on my prescribed food plan, no snacking, no eating stuff I'm not supposed to have no matter how small the portions. I've lost 3.4 pounds in 4 days! Yea me!!!!

  23. I cheated on my doctor's plan and ate tomato sauce last night. I'm not supposed to have it for 4 months, but I had it at 6 weeks. I didn't get sick and it was WONDERFUL! Take that!

  24. I don't know what size I am. I went shopping yesteray and bought sizes 14, 12, and 10. I fit in all of them. I think it depends on the cut of the pants. No matter haven't been this size in years!

  25. I hate 176 pounds! I've been this weight for a week now and the scale is showing no signs of moving. My measurements are getting smaller, but the scale won't budge. Granted, the head hunger and giving in to cravings is getting worse, but I've been making up for it in exercise. Stupid 176, I want you gone! Lets get down to the low 170s or the 160s, even...
