I have not been on line for a long time but here is my results. From Last April 2010 until 1/22/ 2011 I have lost 137lbs. I feel great! I wish everybody that is strugling with the decision to change thier lifestyle could be in my shoes for 1 day. I will post an updated photo soon! Good luck to all!
