I was so relieved to find this thread. I am the same, the idea is great, then I have a few bites and feel like I could gag. SOOOOO glad that it too shall pass cause although I had a bad relatinoship with food in the past, I would like to have some sort of a HEALTHY relationship with food to keep me alive and give me some energy which I am seriously lacking right now. This forum rocks.

I was advised to take Biotin, disolvable B-12 and niocin to help prevent so much hair loss. Just a suggestion. I know that I am going to give them a go for sure! -
I too experienced some pretty intense gas pains, Gas-X strips and walking are the only things that alleviated the pain for me. I am still only 6 days out and if I feel the pressure coming on, I take the strips and get moving. Good luck.
