I'm from southern Virginia about 20-30 minutes from Richmond. Here we have support group meetings every 3rd Thursday or 2nd Saturday of the month. I love going to support group it helps keep you focused. You get to socialize with people who are going though the same things you are going through or will have to go though. :-)

Praying for you! :-)

You can do this! Track ALL your food. My fitness pal helps. I do better if I plan my foods the night before. Also I usually pack a small bag of protien items to take with me on the days I run errands. AGAIN YOU CAN DO THIS! Get back on track :-)

You are doing a great job! I can see the difference in your pics. I started measuring my arms, neck, bust, waist, hips, etc. Some weeks when the scale doesn't move your body shinks. Continue to take pics and compare them. Keep up the great work! :-) I'm almost 6 months post op losing 100# not including about 31# lost to qualify for surgery.

In my case there is nothing a good Victoria secret bra can't help! My girls look like empty sacks until I roll them into a padded vs bra! Then all is well with the world again. Lol
I have tried many bras, VS, Hanes & Warner. Some worked well and others not so much. Once I had found ones that work I'd by a few of that style at a time.

Looking good lady! We have some of the same stats. I have made it to 171, I think I'm going to stop and start maintenance. Thanks for posting your pics they are inspiring. :-)

I decided to have VSG due to no rerouting or implanted device that has to be adjusted by sticking a needle in my side every so often. I'm 5 1/2 months out with 98# gone since 4-30-13. This doesn't include 30# lost to qualify for surgery. My weight loss has slowed but not stopped. I'm 173 today and 5'10" so I'm comfortable with my size. I researched for 3 years about the surgery.

In weight loss just staying focused, no matter how fast or slow you are losing is important. :-)

I noticed the extra space in booths in restaurants, the recliner, and my car. :-)
