NEED ADVICE -- I am almost 6 months out. I have been fluctuating between 186-188 for the last 8 weeks. I am drinking water and getting protein. What am I doing wrong???

Tomorrow is will be my 3 month anniversary since surgery. I am down 53 pounds!! 65 pounds to go! I CAN DO IT!!

Yesterday was my 2 month surgiversary and I am 44 pounds lighter!!! I LOVE MY SLEEVE!

Good Morning Kelly'sChipper!! I am doing well - 9 days out from surgery. I have lost 24.4 pounds. I am a little lethargic but Dr says thats normal after surgery. Started back to work today - will have to see how it goes without my daily naps!

Thanks Alex! I have been reading the VST forum for 2-3 months now! Great support system and great advice - will definately need both after surgery.
