At a weight loss stale and not surprised. I am having a difficult time guys. Lost my motivation and am converting back to my old ways-sneaking in snacks. I am trying to control myself. I will go to the gym in the morning and try to maintain a routine. Hopefully it works. Wish me luck.

That is so cool. I got my surgery about a week after yours on the 4th of October. How are you healing? I am still very sore and weak.
