hi Renee-- I am doing great! On Friday I will be 2 weeks post op and as of this morning I have lost 19 lbs. Just after surgery I did one week of liquids and now am in the soft/mushy stage. The liquid phase was pretty good, I found after surgery that I could drink liquids without any problems and when I had foods, I could do about 1/4 cup at a time. I did lots of jello and popciclesl, and when I wanted something with more substance, I would take campbells soup and puree it in my Magic Bullet which by the way is really awesome, then dish it out in 1/4 cup servings. Also the Yogurt Whips are super good if you put them in the freezer - then they are just like eating ice cream. I could only eat about 1/2 of a container at first, but now can eat a whole one. Do you have your date set yet? Last I remember you were shooting for some time in August or September.
