Hi Lucy, I started with my band at 270, the day of my revision 263lbs. I got to goal of 150 in 6.5 months with a loss of 113lbs. I stuck to my guideline and that's what got me to goal. I continued to lose weight down to 120-125lbs until my body finally settled out. I was happy at my 145ish, but I kept losing even though I was eating over 1000 calories. I'm only 5'2" so I being 125ish pounds is a perfect weight for my height even though my husband would prefer I gained some weight. I'm happy with my size at this point. It's taken some time, but I've adjusted really well. If you haven't lost in a few weeks, go back to basics. If you're exercising now, your body may need more calories. Even just 100 calories a day can make a difference. Let me know if I can help you in any way.
